Booking Policy
Our Agreement With You
Welcome to Escape Travel Group! By making a booking with us, you agree to our Booking Policy and the terms of the Third-Party Service Providers (such as airlines, accommodation providers, tour operators, and transport companies) whose services you book through us. Please ensure you understand both our terms and the provider’s terms, as they govern your travel arrangements.
Your Booking
When you make a booking with Escape Travel Group:
You confirm that you have the authority to book for yourself and your party.
You are responsible for ensuring that all traveller details are accurate; names must match valid passports exactly.
A legally binding contract is formed between you, Escape Travel Group, and the relevant service providers.
Escape Travel Group’s role is to facilitate your booking, provide advice, issue travel documents, and assist with payments and refunds. We do not guarantee the quality of services provided by third-party providers, though we carefully select reputable partners.
Deposits and Payments
A deposit or full payment is required to confirm your booking.
Prices are subject to change until payment is received.
Payments can be made via approved online methods; we do not accept cash or cheques.
Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of deposits.
Travel Documents
Travel documents will only be issued once full payment is received.
Documents are usually sent electronically; a fee may apply for hard copies.
It is your responsibility to safeguard your travel documents—they are non-transferable.
Cancellations and Changes
Any cancellations or changes are subject to the terms of Escape Travel Group and the relevant service providers.
We encourage booking flexible options to allow for amendments where possible.
Refunds are only possible if permitted by the service provider and may be issued as credit notes or vouchers.
Significant changes by providers will be communicated promptly, and you may accept alternatives or cancel your booking.
Passports, Visas, and Health Requirements
You are responsible for meeting all passport, visa, and health requirements for your itinerary.
Your passport must be valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
Escape Travel Group is not liable if you are denied travel due to incomplete or incorrect documentation.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be required for some trips.
Escape Travel Group can assist in arranging insurance but acts solely as an agent.
Luggage and Baggage
Baggage allowances and policies are set by the service providers and may vary.
Additional fees for excess, oversized, or special baggage may apply.
Minors Travelling
Minors (under 18) require a valid passport, unabridged birth certificate, and, if applicable, parental consent documents.
You are responsible for ensuring all documentation for minors is correct.
Emergencies and Support
Our support team is available for emergencies during your travels.
Outside of business hours, please contact relevant service providers, local authorities, or consular services for assistance.
By making a booking with Escape Travel Group, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Booking Policy and the terms of the applicable Third-Party Service Providers.
