To secure your trip, a non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking. This confirms your spot on the package and allows us to start preparing your itinerary. The remaining balance can be paid according to your chosen payment plan.

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable. For cancellations made 7 days or less before the trip start date, 100% of the total booking cost is forfeited.

For South African travellers, a valid passport is required with at least 6 months’ validity from the date of entry. South African passport holders are eligible for a visa on arrival in Qatar, which allows stays of up to 30 days (subject to approval by Qatari immigration).

You may also be required to present proof of onward or return flight tickets and confirmation of accommodation (hotel booking).
