Cancellation Policy

At Escape Travel Group, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains the terms that apply if you need to cancel or amend your booking.

Cancellations by You
  • More than 21 days before departure: Refundable minus the deposit.

  • 8–21 days before departure: Subject to a 50% cancellation fee.

  • 7 days or less before departure: Full booking amount is non-refundable.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will only be processed once funds are received back from third-party service providers.

  • Some providers may issue credit notes or vouchers instead of cash refunds.

Cancellations by Service Providers
  • If a third-party provider cancels or changes your booking, we will notify you promptly.

  • You may accept alternative arrangements, a comparable substitute, or a refund if offered by the provider.

Force Majeure
  • Escape Travel Group is not liable for cancellations due to unforeseen events beyond our control, including natural disasters, epidemics, political unrest, or changes to transport schedules.

How to Cancel
  • All cancellations must be submitted in writing to Escape Travel Group.

  • Please check your booking confirmation for any additional deadlines, fees, and provider-specific terms.

We recommend considering travel insurance to cover unexpected cancellations.
